Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a respected full-service law firm based in La Jolla to identify an experienced Probate Litigation Paralegal to join its thriving Probate, Trust & Estate Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with 3+ years of probate litigation experience who is seeking to advance their career in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Probate Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to a Probate Litigation Attorney throughout all phases of litigation.
  • Draft and prepare probate petitions, creditor claims, notices, inventories and appraisals, and other probate-related court filings. Prepare and submit state court e-filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable court rules and deadlines.
  • Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical case files.
  • Manage calendaring of hearings, filing deadlines, and case-related tasks.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors.
  • Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and overall case management as needed.
